Otherwise, seasoned tourists want to see the places they have not seen before. As a result, the need for projecting and even creating new attractive tourist spots with good tourist facilities is growing. It is a simple matter of the demand and supply aspect that determines the growth of any market.

A number of tourism spots in Asia, Africa, and South America have been added to the international tourism map. Among these new additions, traveling in South America provides a unique experience of witnessing a lively culture along with some of the finest and beautiful attractions of nature.

The Boom in Tourism

The tourism boom has created several changes across the continent. New Latin hotels have come up and several people have learn to speak English to become tourist guides. The governments of all the countries understand the significance to tourism industry to bring revenues to the country and all countries encourage tourism-related ventures. As a result, travel in South America has become easier that what it had been. There are many Latin hotels with good facilities in all the major towns and tourist locations.

Brazil and Argentina, the Two Spectacular Countries in South America

In terms of size, Brazil and Argentina are the prominent countries in the continent. But almost all the countries in South America provide the unique experience of South American travel. Brazil is well known for the colorful and lively festival of Rio de Janeiro. Zamba music and a vibrant football culture are the other features of the country. Argentina is the most “European” of all Latin American countries. A tourist will instantly recognize the significant European influence in terms of culture and architecture. Its capital Buenos Aires is widely known as the Paris of South America. Iguaçau Falls, which is situated at the border of these two countries, is a very popular holiday destination. Both these countries have improved very much in terms of the number of Latin hotels in tourist localities.

The Tourist Facilities in South America

Another feature that makes the Travel and Tourism in South American attractive is the tourist facilities, which are not far behind in terms of effectiveness from the facilities in European and North American tourist destinations. The emergence of the internet has generated a boom of tourists to the continent. One can book rooms in Latin Hotels through the internet. But the natural beauty of the place is similar to that of Africa. It has an abundance of unexplored or less explored rain forests and hill stations.

Nature and Landscape of Venezuela

A number of South American countries, possibly with the exception of Venezuela, which has booming oil-based economy, are not among the leading economic and industrial countries in the world. But the laid-back lifestyle helped the countries in tourism front. The comparatively low extent of industrialization has left the nature and landscape of these countries relatively unharmed. These qualities are what make the tourists pleasantly surprised in their travel in South America.
