Drupal will be installed in the best possible way, using a multisite installation, saving you lots of time for management and if customization work & upgrades are required. Also giving you all the flexibility needed for graphic changes and modules usage. The totality of the websites can be operated with almost no management, but if you want to procede with security updates, you might have to spend 3-5 hours per month to make sure all your websites and secure and up to date (3-5 hours total, not per website).
